I also like the 5 ways to improve your dog's life, how to tire out your dog, you don't need a fenced-in yard to adopt a dog, and the interview with the pro-raw vet. They all apply to our current situation. :-) Thank you and happy New Year, Lindsay!

From this list I really loved 5 Ways to Improve Your Dogs Life, Most Dogs Don't Need a Fenced Yard, and Medication for Dogs During Fireworks. I always love posts that remind us how simple it is to make some big improvements for our dogs such as 20 minute walks. And when it comes to needing a fenced in yard I completely agree; it shouldn't be a requirement when adopting. I live in a rural area and the people who actually have fences just leave their dogs out all day long. I don't like having a fence being used as an excuse to leave your dog unattended for many hours at a time; which it seems to be quite often. And since my last dog had anxiety issues the medication post really resonated with me. I know it's not a fun decision to make but as far as the dogs concerned helping them get through stressful situations with medication is a great way to avoid them having to panic for hours at a time. Looking forward to reading many more great posts in 2015! Have a happy new years eve!
