I have these already. We don't usually walk at night but the light certainly comes in handy when I need to find and pick up Maya's poop before Pierson eats it. Regarding #9, I'd like to point out that cars can't always see people in the road when it is dark. The headlights are designed to illuminate the road directly in front of the car, not up ahead. So by the time they realize someone is walking in the road, it might already be too late. Never assume that just because you can see a car's headlights, they can see you. I've almost hit a person and their dog once because they made that assumption. I was only going 25mph in my own neighborhood and my headlights plus the streetlights was not enough to illuminate them. It would have been very helpful if they had these lights.
