One of my goals for this month is to drive my senior dog to all of his favorite places he can no longer walk to.
So last night we drove a mile to our favorite trail, walked a half-mile and then drove home.

It's so loving of you to take Ace to those places he loves. We're also starting to do shorter walks in Haley's favorites places and trails. She's not up for the 3-5 miles hikes anymore but she still loves a 2-3 mile hike.

Great pictures! I always drive over to my local trail even though I could walk there because I much prefer the woods to the sidewalk! I'm sure I'll still do the same once my pups are older. :)

Aw. I did the same thing when Shep was getting to an advanced age. We drove everywhere and saw great things: glacier lakes, river dams, sunsets, mountain ranges and meadows. I think he loved every minute of it.

This weekend is all about making food and treats for our dogs.
