I’ve been accepting outdoor dog photos from readers this month.
The following are the most recent outdoor dog pictures I have received. What started as a one-month contest will continue each Sunday as long as people are interested in submitting more outdoor dog photos.
If you would like to submit outdoor photos of your dog (or cat or other pet), send them to Lindsay@ThatMutt.com and put Outdoor Dog Photos as the subject. You may submit more than one photo at a time, but only one photo per dog will be published each week.
Thanks to all those who have submitted photos.
Which one is your favorite?
Gus the bloodhound
Gus (4) is owned by Apryl DeLancey who writes the blog Women Like Sports. They live in Los Angeles.
Stewie (left) the Jack Russell terrier and friends
Stewie (6) is playing with two of his buddies in a pond. He and his owner Nancy Hoffman have an agility blog.
Jack the mutt (left) and Chelsea the German shepherd
Jack (2) and Chelsea (9) are owned by Jen Renninger and her husband Scott (pictured). This photo was taken in Hocking Hills (Ohio) State Park in 2007.
Jake the golden mix
Jake (eight) enjoys fetching a Frisbee as long as he gets a treat for it! His owner Patti Struchynski of Fargo said Jake is a very smart and stubborn dog, so once the treats are gone the game is over. He is pretty good at catching the Frisbee in the air.
Honey the golden retriever
Honey (13) goes everywhere with her owner Kristin. They do lots of summer
camping and winter snow activities. This photo was taken in Courtright Reservoir in Sierra National Forest.
Biggie the kuvasz
Biggie (almost 2) lives in New York City with Ona Wang.
Ruby the pit bull terrier (left) and Bruno the greyhound mix
Ruby and Bruno (both under 1 year) live in Glyndon, Minn., with Shane Tommerdahl. Ruby and Bruno love the snow.
Wookie the Pomeranian
This photo of Wookie was taken in Petaluma, Calif., when Wookie was 10 months old.

I have two things to say. The pic of Honey is by far my favorite, and Wookie is the greatest name I've seen for a Pomeranian!

Ha! That's funny. That's good your dogs love to come in when you call them!

I love the dogs running in the snow, they remind me of mine and my sisters dogs running when we call them both in from being outside.
